Beach Workout Tips

Being active is an important part of the Bikini Bootcamp. You'll commit to a combination of core strengthening, circuit training, yoga and walking. The latter three being daily requirements, a near two-hour time investment. Specific exercise regimens are outlined per the individual's goals.

Remember to engage mentally while exercising, and think positively about each movement. You should also do 45 minutes of cardioexercise - ie: rowing, running, on a cross trainer, shadow boxing - every day.
