Shave it, but remember that this is a temporary method of facial hair removal that is not recommended for women. Regrowth tends to occur rapidly.
Tweezig
Generally speaking tweezing is ideal for removing unwanted facial and small amounts of body hair. Few pointers though:
a. Tweeze eyebrows at least one hour before applying any eyebrow makeup.
b. If you have sensitive skin and tweezing is difficult, soften skin with a lukewarm washcloth pressed against the desired tweezing area to help with the tweezing process. Tweezing after a warm bath or shower is ideal because the steam can warm the skin and make it easier to tweeze. c. Brush target hairs in the direction of the hair's natural growth.
d. Avoid using creams or moisturizers that may cause the tweezer to slip or hard to control.
e. Isolate the hair you wish to tweeze. Hold the skin taut to prevent excess pulling.
f. Direct the tweezers so that you are tweezing the direction of the hair's growth.
g. Pull just one hair at a time to control the overall tweezing effect.
h. When holding the tweezers pull the hair gently but with a quick and smooth direction. Be careful not to yank or cut hair. Cutting hair at the surface may cause the development of ingrown hairs.
Chemicals
Use depilatory creams, gels and lotions, which contain a chemical that alters the structure of the hair for easy removal. This chemical can be irritating to skin, so use only a product especially formulated for the face. Always do a skin test on a small area of the face before using the product, and follow directions exactly to avoid irritation or chemical burns.
Waxing
Waxing also works well but be careful to follow thw following tips
a. For facial hair use wax at a lower temperature than the rest of the body.
b. Use one hand to hold the skin taught.
c. Spread the wax very thinly.
d. Only treat small areas at a time.
Electrolysis
One reliable option is electrolysis, which is an efficient way to permanently get rid of facial hair. Electrolysis should be performed by a trained and certified esthetician. It involves inserting into the hair follicle a fine probe (needle), which delivers a short-wave electrical current for a split second. This kills the root and stops the follicle from producing any more hair. Then, the hair that is already there is removed with a tweezer, leaving an empty follicle.
Most people need multiple treatments. It often takes 6-12 sessions -- more than 3 months to a year -- to get rid of all the hair permanently. The positive side is that the treatments leave no scarring if done by a certified professional, cause little to no pain and are quick: You can have the treatments done on your lunch hour.
LaserLaser hair removal is the newest weapon in the hair-removal arsenal. The 'perfect' candidate for laser work has fair skin and dark hair, but good results can be achieved by an experienced laser practitioner on darker-skinned women. Overall, laser hair removal is not very effective on light blonde or white hair.
Before you begin treatment, you should consult a dermatologist to determine if you are a good candidate for laser removal.

Many women have loose, flabby inner thighs. The flab is the muscle, not fat. Muscle and fat are two distinctly different body tissues. So when inner thighs are flabby, this is because the adductor muscles are not toned.

What is a typical food chart at Bikini Bootcamp?
The motto at most bikini bootcamps is moderation not deprivation. They serve lots of fresh fruits and veggies, fresh local fish and chicken. Their meal plan is based on the philosophy of "from the earth to your plate", so we avoid preservatives and processed foods. Bikini Boot Camp meals are low calorie (but not too low), high fiber, full of valuable nutrients and lots of flavor.
They can also accommodate vegetarian requests.
You can find a sampling of some meals below:
Breakfast: Fruit, yogurt, amaranth, eggs
Lunch: Grilled fish or chicken tacos, grilled fish curry salad, grilled chicken salad with a sesame & soy dressing, fajitas, gazpacho, chicken tostadas
Snack: Fruit smoothies, fresh fruit salads, hummus or guacamole with carrot and cucumber sticks, jicama with lime
Dinner: Grilled fish with mixed vegetables, Vegetable and chicken curry with brown rice, Fish and vegetable kabobs
Dessert: Watermelon ice, grilled banana, flan.
One relief is that they do serve coffee and tea in the mornings. Alcohol is also available, although you are best advised to avoide it while you relax and swetout at the same time. For more information see below.
